Viva Reef compound central courtyard with palm trees and pool
Phase I & II · Since 2006

The Compound

A Mediterranean village in Nabq Bay — courtyards, arched façades, and the central pool that started Viva Reef.

The story

A village, not just a building.

Construction of Viva Reef started in 2006 and the first phase was completed a year ahead of schedule, in 2011. From the start, the vision was a residential community — not a hotel or a generic apartment block — designed for families who want to live in Sharm, not just visit it.

Two decades on, the original phases still feel alive: palm trees full-grown, façades softened by sun, neighbours who know each other. It's the foundation everything new at Viva Reef is built on.
